Terms & Conditions
Purpose of the Agreement
The Client wishes to rent space on a weekly basis for worship services, specifically on Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Provider agrees to offer these services under the terms of this Agreement.
**Additional Time**
- Tuesday rehearsals in the main Auditorium.
- Wednesday Bible study in the Founders House.
- Friday evening service once per month, subject to availability and renegotiation.
**Cost**
The total cost ("Total Cost") for the rental is due in full by the Client. The Client shall pay the Total Cost to the Provider as follows:
- The Client agrees to pay the rental rate on the 1st of each month to secure the date on the calendar.
- The Client shall pay $4,900 per month from August 1, 2024, to July 30, 2025.
- Payments via credit card will incur an additional 4% fee.
- Payments can be made via Zelle to hello@thefoundershouse.org on the first of the month to avoid the fee.
The Founders House reserves the right to hold any equipment owned by the Client onsite in the event of any unpaid balances.
**Signage and Address**
- The Client should provide adequate temporary signage.
- The Client may use the address 621 King Arnold Street, Hapeville, GA 30354.
- If the Client chooses to receive mail at the location, a $39.99 per month membership fee is required to The Founders House.
**Responsibility**
- The Client is responsible for resetting the event room in theater-style seating, removing all trash, disposing of trash bags in assigned waste receptacles, and cleaning the restrooms after use.
- Items cannot be taped to the wall.
- As there is another church onsite at a similar time, the Client agrees not to poach or sway any members from other churches onsite.
**Use of Premises**
- The premises shall be used solely for the purpose of worship services and related activities as outlined above.
- No illegal activities or activities that may damage the reputation of The Founders House are permitted.
**Maintenance and Repairs**
- The Client shall notify the Provider immediately of any damage or necessary repairs.
- The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the premises beyond normal wear and tear.
**Insurance**
- The Client is required to maintain liability insurance and provide proof of insurance to the Provider.
**Termination**
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
- The Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client violates any terms of this agreement.
**Indemnification**
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Founders House from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's use of the premises.
**Governing Law**
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
**Entire Agreement**
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
**Amendments**
- Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
**Severability**
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
